Elephant!

Every day the kids have had an opportunity to sing and dance during circle time. 

Mother Goose Time

S is counting the days of the week.

K is always excited when I bring down the circle time board.

The kids are pointing to the letter "E" and saying its sound.

The kids are working together to make a giant letter E.

The children are taking turns trying to pick up items with tongs.

C is attempting to pick up items with a spoon.

M is trying to see how many items will fit into his cup.

G is having fun. 

M is using the tongs to pick leaves ( like an elephant).

The kids are taking turns grabbing leaves. If they pick one that has ants on it, they have to put it back really fast. They learned elephants do not like ants because they are afraid they will crawl on them.

The kids are looking for sight words in their book.
